Sequencing results from the processing of wound swab samples for clinical metagenomics. Samples were collected from participants with a suspected wound infection and processed for sequencing. Following human read removal, the remaining sequencing data was analyzed for taxonomic identification and antimicrobial resistance gene analysis. The results were then compared to routine microbiology testing.
