To investigate the effects of cell-intrinsic loss of IL10RA on inflammatory macrophage function we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data from sorted lamina propria macrophages from bone marrow chimeric mice. Overall design: Colonic mRNA profile comparisons of sorted macrophages from 14 week-old Cdcs1 C57BL/6 (WT) bone marrow chimeric mice reconstituted with bone marrow from only WT, only Cdcs1 Il10ra -/- or a 1:1 mixture of both.
