Chronic Recording of HVC in Free Behaving Zebra FInch with Behaviors Hand Annotated

We recorded extracellularly from HVC nucelus of birds chronically implanted with 16/32 site Si Probes, while they freely sang, simultaneously with their song (recorded through an Earthworks m-30 microphone).<br>The vocal behavior of the subjects were manually annotated using Praat linguistics software.<br>We present the neural recordings, the full microphone recordings, the timestamps of the onset and termination of each vocalization, and behavioral labels of each vocalization. <br>The data is formated to work with the BirdSongToolbox package (https://github.com/Darilbii/BirdSongToolbox)
