Alpha-pinene and methyl salicylate mixing ratios collected on ATTO INSTANT tower in October 2023

This dataset contains the abundances of (-)-alpha-pinene, (+)-alpha-pinene, total alpha pinene and methyl salicylate in the Amazon rainforest canopy given as mixing ratios with units of parts per trillion (pptV) and percentage uncertainties. The data was processed from cartridge samples taken at 23m on the ATTO INSTANT tower during 10th October 2023 to 14th October 2023. Samples were taken every 1.5-3 hours for 30 minutes. Sampling start and end times are given as local Manaus time (UTC-4). Total alpha-pinene was measured at 12:30 and 23:00 instead of as separate enantiomers.
