Gene expression profiling of mixed cell lines, used to evaluate the performance of deconvolution methods. This study was part of Danaher & Kim et al., "Advances in mixed cell deconvolution enable quantification of cell types in spatially resolved gene expression data" Overall design: The cell lines HEK293T and CCRF-CEM were mixed in a dilution series and made into an FFPE cell pellet array. Using the GeoMx NGS RNA assay, a single AOI was profiled from each pellet.
