The primary focus of the current proposal is to study the unfolding kinetics of ubiquitin (UBI) in the presence of Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate (SDS) micelles at different pH and stoichiometric ratios. Using time resolved SAXS and model based quantitative data analysis, we would like to shed light on the structural dynamics of UBI-SDS complexes and the timescale at which different structural changes occur.
