HEAR-QL questionnaires

This pertains to the Hearing Environments and Reflection on Quality of Life (HEAR-QL) questionnaire, encompassing both the children's and adolescents' versions. This is a quality of life questionnaire designed for children with hearing loss. It has been standardized and validated in Dutch, as indicated by the DOI of the associated paper. The questionnaire is utilized for children with cochlear implants, hearing aids, and cholesteatoma during follow-up assessments at regular check-ups.

As of now, the adolescent version has been completed 262 times by 178 different individuals (77 females, 101 males), with data collection ongoing since June 2020. The children's version has been filled out 341 times by 215 patients (93 females, 122 males), and data collection for this version has also been ongoing since June 2020.
