Chatham County - Encumbrances

Polygon feature class representing areas that are public right of ways in the cadastral framework. This feature class serves primarily as a symbology layer in the Chatham County basemaps and utilizes Esri's local government information model.The feature class was developed in August 2015 utilizing the parcel lines as a source to create the polygon features. The layer was developed by the Chatham County GIS department who is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of said feature class. Chatham GIS SOP: "MAPSERV-30"
