Raw Flow Cytometry Data for: Restoration of Mannose-Binding Lectin 2 Facilitates Integrin β1-Mediated Natural Killer Cell Activation and Enhances Anti-PD-L1 Immunotherapy in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

This repository contains the raw flow cytometry standard (.fcs) files and pictures showing the successive plots and gates supporting the findings of the research article. The dataset comprises the immunophenotyping data used to evaluate the immune microenvironment in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) models. Specifically, it provides the raw files for analyzing the recruitment and activation status of the CD3-CD56+ population, as well as the synergistic effects of MBL2 restoration combined with anti-PD-L1 immunotherapy.
