To identify the genes targeted by miR-199a-3p in metastatic melanoma cells, we compared global gene expression in miR-199a-3p vs control miR transiently transfected cells by transcriptomic microarrays. Overall design: Cells were transfected with miR199-3p at 0.5nM (Mo5) and 0.25nM (Mo25), after 48h total RNA were collected and compared to the cells transfected with a control miR (CTM), in biological triplicates.
