SUPERSEDED - Water buffalo and cattle XPEHH scores across breeds

## SUPERSEDED - This dataset has been replaced by the one which can be found at https://doi.org/10.7488/ds/2849 . ## This dataset consists of XP-EHH scores calculated using the hapbin software (https://github.com/evotools/hapbin) with default parameters across 79 water buffalo and 294 cattle whole genome sequences. The breeds being compared and the chromosome number are indicated in each file name. The water buffalo positions are with respect to the UOA_WB_1 genome assembly and the cattle with respect to ARS-UCD1.2.
