Machine-readable evidence corpus for testing frameworks of emulsifier-related quality consistency in nitrile rubber production

This dataset accompanies the review “Testing frameworks for emulsifier-related quality consistency: transferable synthetic-latex methods and the evidence gap in industrial nitrile rubber production”. Version 1.0.5 contains the machine-readable evidence base used to evaluate testing methods for emulsifier-related quality consistency in nitrile butadiene rubber and transferable synthetic-latex systems. It comprises 51 appraised studies, 58 formulation records and 165 formulation-level method records. The deposit includes study- and formulation-level CSV files, controlled vocabularies, RCA-8 reporting-completeness scores, adjudication records, data underlying Fig. 2, withdrawn first-version files retained for auditability, validation reports and Python scripts for integrity checking and figure reproduction. RCA-8 assesses reporting completeness rather than scientific merit. Superseded files are isolated under data/withdrawn and are not used by the release validator. The included validator completes 29 of 29 release checks successfully. Publisher article PDFs are not redistributed.
