Impact of sequencing technology, algorithm and sample-specific effects on single-cell gene regulatory network inference through direct comparative analysis

This dataset contains networks from 5 GBM patients sequenced with Smart-seq2 as well as 10x sequencing technologies with the GRN inference methods CellOracle and SCENIC. Additionally, it contains networks from a stochasticity analysis on PBMC data calculated with SCENIC.
