Data for 'Ultrafast Photoexcitation of Semiconducting Photocathode Materials'

This repository contains the datasets for the article 'Ultrafast Photoexcitation of Semiconducting Photocathode Materials'. The data includes band structures, linear absorption spectra, time-dependent current responses, excitation energy, number of excited electrons, and time-dependent occupation densities. The simulations were performed using the OCTOPUS code implementing density functional theory (DFT) and real-time time-dependent DFT (RT-TDDFT).
