Overview

This zip folder contains example data and models for "Atlas Alignment".

"Atlas Alignment" is the Blue Brain toolbox to perform multimodal image registration. It includes both traditional and supervised deep learning models.

Included files and structure

atlas_data — contains brain atlases data

nissl.npy — 25 μm nissl stains of whole mouse brain

annotation.npy — 25 μm brain regions atlas

annotation_hierarchy.json — hierarchical tree structure of brain regions contained in annotation.npy

manual_registration.h5 — human expert annotations for multiple gene expression slices

model_weights — pre-trained keras neural network for atlas registration

global.h5 — weights and architecture of global network

local.h5 — weights and architecture of local network
