资源简介:
Narrow-band ultraviolet B (UVB) is a commonly used therapy for autoimmune diseases. While alloantigen immunization combined with NB-UVB has been shown to induce antigen-specific regulatory T cells (Tregs), the underlying mechanism remains elusive. We used Treg RNA-seq from psoriasis-like mice model to investigate differentially expressed genes under UVB treatemnt. Overall design: The backs of mice were shaved before initiation of psoriasiform dermatitis. Aldara treatment was performed by daily applying 60 mg Aldara cream containing 5% imiquimod (IMQ) on the backs of mice. The mice were exposed to NB-UVB every other day for 3 times. The dorsal skin of mice presented erythema and scaling and the psoriasis-like dermatitis was in remission when mice receiving NB-UVB irradiation. Treg cells were isolated from mice skin with or without UVB treatment for RNA-seq.
