This zip file contains sequences of z-stack images of CLSs using confocal microscopy (Figure 6). The images were taken to assess the SMLCs participated in CLS formation in addition to EPCs.
Zipfile contains two netcdf files: WTSA_LIS_HIST_2004.nc, which includes Noah-MP ouput, and WTSA_LIS_HIST_HyMAP_2004.nc, which contains HyMAP output. Contents of each file type are included in README.
