To analyze the transcriptomic profiles of adipose tissue from wild-type (WT) and adipose-specific Cullin 3 knockout (KO) mice after 8 weeks on a Western diet (WD). WT (Cul3-flox/flox) and adipose Cullin 3 knockout (KO, AdipoQ-Cre;Cul3-flox/flox) mice were fed Western diet for 8 weeks. Mice were fasting for 6 hours and epididymal white adipose tissue were collected for analysis.
