Supporting data of "REDUCTIVE DESYMMETRIZATION OF MALONIC ESTERS TOWARDS α-TERTIARY AMINES, TERTIARY ALCOHOLS, AND 4,4’-BIS(OXAZOLINE) LIGAND SCAFFOLDS"

The two dataset files contain the data for my PhD thesis entitled "Reductive desymmetrization of malonic esters towards α-tertiary amines, tertiary alcohols, and 4,4’-bis(oxazoline) ligand scaffolds”. In this research, various α-tertiary amines, α-tertiary alcohols and important organic compounds derived from α-tertiary amines and α-tertiary alcohols have been synthesised in the first chapter of the study. On the other hand, several 4,4’-bis(oxazoline) ligands have been derived from the bis(β-hydroxyesters) obtained from double desymmetrization of bis(malonic esters).The 1st file contains the experimental procedures, recorded data from 1H NMR, 13C NMR, Infrared, ESI-MS spectra in Chapter 3 - Synthesis of-Amino- and -Oxy-Hydroxyesters from Malonic Esters via Dinuclear Zinc-catalysed Desymmetric Reduction and Chapter 4 - Synthesis and Applications of 4,4’-Bis(oxazoline) (4,4’-BOX) Ligand via Dinuclear Zinc-catalysed Double Desymmetric Reduction of Bis(malonic esters).The 2nd file contains the spectral data of chiral HPLC spectra in Chapter 3 - Synthesis of-Amino- and -Oxy--Hydroxyesters from Malonic Esters via Dinuclear Zinc-catalysed Desymmetric Reduction and Chapter 4 - Synthesis and Applications of 4,4’-Bis(oxazoline) (4,4’-BOX) Ligand via Dinuclear Zinc-catalysed Double Desymmetric Reduction of Bis(malonic esters).
