Data underlying: Beyond carcinogenesis — viral infection and survival in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma: a systematic review and meta-analysis

Study-level data underlying the systematic review and meta-analysis of viral infection and overall survival in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PROSPERO CRD420261390192). The dataset contains, for each included study, the hazard ratio for overall survival with its log(HR), standard error, 95% confidence interval, weight, exposure axis (infection vs anti-viral immunity) and analysis type (univariable/multivariable), together with the pooled subgroup and overall estimates used to build the forest plots. Two studies without a reported hazard ratio are listed with median survival. Analyses were performed in Review Manager (RevMan) v5.4.1 using a generic inverse-variance random-effects model.
