We identified FMRP-bound RNAs in hPSC (human pluripotent stem cells)-differentiated forebrain neuroprogenitors (NPCs) and neurons using crosslinking immunoprecipitation (CLIP) coupled to high-throughput sequencing. We examined transcriptomic and proteomic changes in FMRP-KO NPCs and neurons. FMRP targets in human NPCs and neurons were isolated by CLIP from three hPSC lines (H1, H13, and GM1) were sequenced on Illumina HiSeq platforms. Transcriptomic profiles of NPCs and neurons were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina HiSeq.
