Effect of Aquatic Rehabilitation on Muscle Function and Gait Symmetry after Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

The aim of this study is to compare the effectiveness and applicability of an aquatic rehabilitation training program versus a traditional land-based rehabilitation program for post-ACLR patients concerning muscle characteristics and lower extremity biomechanics. This study will compare the rehabilitation effects of two intervention programs, summarize their similarities and differences, and develop a safe and effective mid-term aquatic rehabilitation program for individuals who have undergone ACLR.
