This toolkit is one of four designed by the TramLab team to help improve public transport safety for women and girls. Gender-sensitive training across all levels of public transport staff is essential to improving safety for women and girls on public transport. Consistently working to understand what women’s safety means across the sector supported by strong training will mitigate against abuses of power and improve reporting levels and responses.
