Above-ground biomass was estimated and mapped for Utah and Nevada at annual temporal resolution from 2001 to 2022. Canopy cover density and disturbance history from Landsat data and environmental variables from various sources were used to derive a machine learning model, which was trained on Global Ecosystem Dynamics Investigation (GEDI) data from 2019 to 2022 and applied retrospectively to 2001-2022 Landsat data. The maps were organized as raster files at 0.00025-degree resolution in the unit of tons per pixel.
