Exome capture RNA sequencing was carried out on patient matched primary breast with brain metastatic tumour samples for 45 cases of breast cancer brain metastasis (N= 90 samples). WES DNA sequencing was carried out on 18 pairs and matched normals. Raw sequencing data for the paired primary and metastatic samples are not published openly in order to protect participant identities, but will be made available upon request and under regulatory compliance via a data usage agreement (DUA).
