Single cell RNASeq analysis of bleomycin-injured mouse lung

Bleomycin-induced lung injury results in monocyte infiltration and differentiation to pro-fibrotic monocyte-derived macrophages. Overall design: Mice (n=3) were treated with intranasal bleomycin and lungs harvested at 14 days post-injury. Lungs were minced and digested in a solution containing 1 mg/ml collagenase A, 0.08 mg/mL DnaseI, 5% FBS, and 10 mM HEPES in PBS. Digests were passed through a 70 micron strainer followed by 10X Chromium encapsulation using v3'3.1 kits.
