This project collects the genomic resequencing data generated for 8 strains of Psoroptes ovis mites collected from field cases. These ectoparasitic mites cause Psoroptic mange. Of the samples sequenced in this study, one (sample AR8320, accession ERS22186082) is susceptible to macrocyclic lactones, while the other 7 are resistant.
