Contains full R script to produce figures 2 and 3 of the related publication

2 - Data file: "StudyLocations.csv"
Contains data used to produce figures 2 and 3 of the related publication. This data was extracted from the publications included in the review paper, Table 1.
The csv file contains the following columns:
First_Author_Name = Name of the first author of the paper
Year = Year of the publicationSpecies = Typha species / taxon used in the publicationCountry = Country listed in the institutional address of the first authorLat; Long = Coordinates provided in the publications, or inferred from mapping the study locations named in the publication, or from the authors’ institutional addresses in the case of laboratory studies
