Comparison of chromatin accessibility between WT and tamoxifen-inducible deletion of TRAF3 (iTraf3-/-) SMARTA TFH cells during LCMV armstrong infection Overall design: Tamoxifen-inducible deletion of TRAF3 (iTraf3-/-) and WT SMARTA TCR transgenic CD4+ T cells were transferred to recipient mice, followed by LCMV armstrong infection. On day 5 post-infection, WT or iTraf3-/- SMARTA CXCR5+SLAMlo TFH cells were sorted into RP10 medium. ATAC-seq was performed to compare the differential chromatin accessibility among the iTraf3-/- and WT SMARTA TFH cells.
