The premalignant liver specimen from three mice was detected using DSP(digital spatial profiling) .18 regions of interest (ROIs) per specimen were selected, and each ROI was autosegmented into PanCK-positive ,CLEC4F-positive and CD206-positive +CLEC4F-positive region. The PanCK-negative regions further autosegmented into CLEC4F+CD206- (KC1), CLEC4F+CD206+ (KC2) and other regions.
