Data for individual rejected or baseline fruit sample. All ethanol percentages are weight by weight. Ethanol % for method 1 first averages all the values obtained from models with various numbers of principal components for each given spectral range, and then averages all the resulting spectral range values. Ethanol % method 2 simply averages all models regardless of spectral range.
