In order to reveal the role of WD40 in the host's innate immune response to disease resistance, and to analyze whether the use of WD40-KO-PK15 cells is an effective tool for FMDV research. RNA-seq technology was used to perform sequencing and bioinformatics analysis of WD40-KO cells and wild-type cells infected with FMDV.
