This dataset is for a paper Cellos: <strong>High-throughput deconvolution of 3D organoid dynamics at cellular resolution for cancer pharmacology.</strong> The folder has all tiff image files for one well and one .xml file (metadata). The well row =3 and column =7. There are three channels, channel1 = EGFP, channel2= mCherry, and channel3=brightfield. The data serves as an example to run Cellos pipeline.
