GRACE

In this cross-sectional study, we recruited 142 healthy participants from the general population, yielding 69 individuals with high schizotypy (HS) and 72 individuals with low schizotypy. Participants underwent clinical and cognitive testing, multimodal neuroimaging, and gut microbiota analysis via 16S ribosomal RNA gene sequencing. MRI data were available for 139 participants and include the following modalities: 1) structural T1-weighted imaging, 2) resting-state fMRI, 3) proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy of the left hippocampus, 4) arterial spin labeling.
