RNA sequencing of wild-type and TRa (-/-) intestine with and without T3 Treatment.

Conclusions: Our study represents the first detailed analysis of intestinal transcriptomes in wild-type and TRa (-/-) tadpoles, with biologic replicates, generated by RNA-seq technology. The optimized data analysis workflows reported here should provide a framework for comparative investigations of expression profiles. Overall design: Examination of 3 technical replicate from the same RNA sample which extracted and merged from the several Xenopus tropicalis tadpoles.
