Trends in invasive plants in India
收藏资源简介:
These datasets were used in "Socioecological risks amplified by rising plant invasions in India" (Mungi et al.) for modelling meta-community dynamics of invasive plants in India and identiying restoration priorities. The dataset named "occupancy_matrix" includes variables on occupancy survey and site characteristics at 25 km2 grid scale for every four years from 2006 to 2022. There were in total five sampling cycles between this period. Occupancy surveys are provided as replicates with species presence and total replicates per grid cell, per sampling year. Site covariates are provided as standardized values per grid cell. Details about every column are provided in the sheet called "header". For details on site covariates please refer to Mungi et al. (Nature Sustainability). Details on the methodology, data source, and resolution can be found in the peer-reviewed study.
