Multiomics profiling data of multifocal hepatocellular carcinoma

Somatic mutations from whole-exome sequencing for 76 hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and 44 non-tumor liver (NTL) biopsies of 22 mfHCC patients Processed gene-level expression data from RNA-sequencing for the 76 HCC and 44 NTL biopsies of the 22 mfHCC patients, 48 HCC and 48 NTL biopsies of 48 unifocal HCC patients and 15 normal liver biopsies Processed proteomics and phosphoproteomics data for 22 HCC and 16 NTL biopsies from a subset of 9 mfHCC patients, as well as all HCCs and NTLs from a subset of 22 unifocal HCC patients, and 5 normal livers. Two unifocal HCC patients did not have phosphoproteomic data.
