RNA-seq of AtPIN5 overexpressing tobacco BY-2 cells

This RNA-seq is a part of the paper describing the role of PIN5 in generating auxin sinks. https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.01.24.576992v1 Overall design: Gene expression analysis of stable transgenic BY-2 cell line inducibly expressing AtPIN5. RNA was isolated from two-day-old cells, 1 µM ß-estradiol (diluted in DMSO) was added at the beginning of the subculture interval. Cells treated with DMSO were used as a control. Cells were cultured in standard BY-2 medium.
