Levels of maintenance of Lithuanian state roads.

The data refer only to roads of national significance maintained by Road Maintenance. Municipal local road information data is not available. Road maintenance is carried out in accordance with the requirements developed by the Lithuanian Road Administration – the Road Maintenance Manual. Taking into account traffic intensity and importance, roads of national importance of Lithuania shall be divided into: highways, national and regional roads. Winter maintenance work is divided into maintenance levels: I, II and III.
