Early-Stage Primary Anti-inflammatory Therapy Enhances Regenerative Efficacy of Platelet-Rich Plasma in a Rabbit Achilles Tendinopathy Model

In this study, we aim to compare the therapeutic effects of PRP alone versus combination of PRP with primary glucocorticoid injection (GCI) at the early stage of tedinopathy. We hypothesize that PRP treatment could promote tendon regeneration through suppression of inflammation.
