The data presented herein are the name; latitude; longitude; geoshape; zip code; 2023 population census; the number of residential dwellings; the estimated total residential buildings' useful rooftop surface area; the total useful rooftop surface area estimated to be occupied by PV-T collectors; the average dwelling population density; and the percentage of the useful rooftop surface area that would be occupied by PV-T collectors; for the 184 municipalities in the Tarragona Province of Spain. Data from this file was used to produce the mapped data in Figure 5.
