Tracking data for Goldschmidt et al (2025): "Recent experience and internal state shape local search strategies in flies"

This dataset contains data for the paper "Recent experience and internal state shape local search strategies in flies". We share trajectory data as feather files and corresponding metadata as yaml files. The data is organized by dataset (same condition, same genotype). Please refer to the publication for further information on preprocessing and analysis, as well as for links to the github repositories with our code.
