Anregungs- und Anwendungspotenzial gesprächsanalytischer Forschung für eine kinderrechtsbasierte Gesprächs- und Beratungspraxis (Application) potential of discourse analytical research: for counseling and consultancy practices based on children’s rights

In diesem Beitrag werden kinderrechtspolitische Hintergründe und forschungslogische Überlegungen eines Praxisforschungsprojekts skizziert. Ziel des Projekts ist es, zu einem empirisch fundierten Verständnis kommunikativer Schwierigkeiten in der Beratungsarbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen zu gelangen und Anregungen und Konzepte zur Veränderung der bestehenden Gesprächspraxis in diesem Feld zu entwickeln, damit der Artikel 12 der UN-Kinderrechtskonvention nicht nur programmatische oder moralische Haltung bleibt. Vorgestellt wird das Konzept der Fokussierungspositionen. Es findet Verwendung für mikroanalytische Untersuchungen von Beratungsgesprächen institutioneller Settings und dient sowohl dem empirisch-analytischen Zugang zu Konstitutionsprozessen kommunikativer Beteiligungsweisen als auch der Ausbildung einer praxisreflexiven und kinderrechtsbasierten Gesprächshaltung von pädagogischen und therapeutischen Fachkräften. This article outlines the political background to children’s rights as well as research-oriented reflections on a practice research project. The goal of the project is to achieve an empirically grounded understanding of communicative difficulties, and to develop suggestions and concepts for changing the existing counseling processes in this field so that Article 12 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child does not remain only a programmatic or moral stance. The concept of focus positions is presented. It can be used for a microanalysis of counseling processes between professionals and children/young people in a variety of institutional settings, and serves to provide empirical and analytical access to the constitutional processes of communicative participation methods as well as to provide education for professionals in pedagogy and therapy in a form of counseling that is practice-reflexive and based on children’s rights. peerReviewed publishedVersion
