Measurements of the phyllotactic angles on the main stem of csi1, ktn1, prc1 and spr2 single mutants and of combinations of these genotypes

Each file corresponds to a single genetic mutation. All mutations are in the Col‑0 background except the ktn1 mutation, which is in the WS‑4 background. Each file contains two columns: Plant ID – the identifier of the individual plant. Relative angle – the measured relative angle for that plant. Growth conditionsSeeds were sown on soil under shoot‑day conditions (8 h light / 16 h dark). After one week, seedlings were transferred to individual pots and grown under long‑day conditions (16 h light / 8 h dark).
