The value of regrowth forests and woodlands for threatened fauna species

The dataset contains a README file and three folders: Code; CSV and Shapefiles.
The 'Code' folder contains the three Jupyter notebooks that were used to complete this analysis. The first 'Part1_Species_selection' selects the threatened species to include in the analysis. The second 'Part2_Spatial_analysis' completes the spatial analysis to determine current habitat and lost habitat estimates for each species. The third notebook 'Part3_Figures' creates the figures that were used in the manuscript.
The 'CSV' folder contains three CSV files. The first, 'expert_elic_results' contains the results from the expert elicitation. The second 'spatial_analysis' contains the results from the spatial analysis. The third 'spatial_analysis_edited' contains identical results to the second CSV, but in an easier to read format.
The 'Shapefile' folder contains shapefiles of the results, split into 1. species distributions 2. Current habitat and 3. Habitat loss.
