资源简介:
Trials data of each subject are stored in a Matlab (.mat) file. For example, trials data from subject P11 are in file: trials_P11.mat. The subject is denoted by the subject tag (P1 – P25). Inside each file is a variable ‘D’. D = struct with fields: · trials: [4097×64×128 double] = raw iEEG data* in a format of 3D matrix: time x channels x trials · time: [4097×1 double] = time vector in seconds, where 0 = time of task switching · rejected: [4097×64×128 double] = indices that were labeled as rejected (value = 1) or non-rejected (value = 0) · labels_channels: {1×64 cell} = assignment of channels to either DMN or DAN networks based on Yeo-7 atlas · labels_trials: {1×128 cell} = trial conditions: E-I (external-to-internal) or I-E (internal-to-external) · channels_MNI: [64×3 double] = MNI coordinates of channels · channels_names: {1×64 cell} = channel names (bipolar pairs, for example: A1-A2) · subjectTag: 'P11' = subject tag (same as in the file name) * raw iEEG data means that they were bipolar referenced, high-pass filtered (at 0.1 Hz) and notch filtered at 50 Hz and harmonics.
