Phylogenetic and metabolic diversity of a metagenomic library from a petroleum refinery wastewater treatment plant using 454-pyrosequencing technology

The metagenome from sludge microbial community of refinery wastewater treatment plant has been cloning in fosmids and after 454 pyrosequencing. Our study was the first to show the phylogenetic and metabolic diversity from fosmid libraries from microbial sludge of refinery wastewater treatment plant.
