Using RNA-seq to explore the mechanisms underlysing the effects of methionyl-methionine dipeptide (Met-Met) or free methionine (Met) supplementation in Met-restricted mice during pregnancy on mammogenesis and lactation. Overall design: In the Met group, pregnant mice were fed a methionine-deficient diet with i.p. injection of 35% methionine contained in the control diet. The Met-Met group was treated as the Met group, except that 25% of injected methionine was replaced with methionyl-methionine dipeptide. Please note that raw data was also analyzed for the long-noncoding RNAs (Annotated_lncRNA_FPKM.xls, Novel_lncRNA_FPKM.xls).
