Amplicon sequencing of soil microbiomes in aspen-dominated stands from Mexico and Canada

16S, ITS and 18S metabarcoding on soils from aspen-dominated natural stands and soil, rhizosphere, and root samples from greenhouse to examine microbiome diversity and community structure in two genetically distinct aspen (Populus tremuloides) genetic groups - one from Eastern Canada, and the other from Mexico.
