收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the source data underlying the publication: Fried A., Itterheimova K., Moranova L., Bartosik M. Shining a light on viral detection: a comparative study of electrochemical and electrochemiluminescence techniques for human cytomegalovirus. Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry (2026). The dataset includes processed experimental data used to generate the figures and supplementary figures presented in the manuscript. Contents Fig 2 – ECL measurements of [Ru(bpy)3]²⁺ concentration dependence. Fig 3 – Optimization of the electrochemical assay. Fig 4 – Electrochemical measurements of synthetic hCMV target. Fig 5 – Assay selectivity and matrix-spiking experiments. Fig 6 – Analysis of cell lines using EC detection after LAMP, PCR, and RPA amplification. Fig S1–S10 – Supplementary experimental data, optimization studies, raw EC/ECL signals, and control experiments. Tab S4–S5 – Supplementary numerical datasets. Instrumentation Electrochemical measurements were performed using a μStat 8000 multipotentiostat/galvanostat (Metrohm DropSens, Spain). Electrochemiluminescence measurements were performed using a SpectroECL bipotentiostat/potentiostat/galvanostat system (Metrohm DropSens, Spain). Experimental control and data acquisition were carried out using DropView software.
